As the business owner I’m looking forward to spending even more time helping you all next year. Whether its through my personal design work using our LoopCAD software or using my own hands out on site installing the underfloor heating system for you. We always try our best and it’s the only way to do it.

I appreciate the positive feedback about the service we have been offering for two decades now. We all have our own positives and negatives and being a smaller business it’s clearly about service – a positive approach and actually caring about the customer even after a sale. We do take pride in the fact that when doing a design & quote, we know that as we do these ourselves in-house any design we do actually reflects what the real installation will look like. Because we’re out on site ourselves physically installing the products, we have an advantage against some of the competitors who often have designers / salesmen who perhaps have never actually touched the products they sell not to mention even less likely ever been to a building site.
